叉燒醬烤雞腿(燒雞肶) - 空氣炸鍋 How to Make Char Siu Sauce BBQ Chicken Legs – Air Fryer

沒有炸鍋也可用焗爐  If you do not have airfryer, you can use oven instead.


材料:
雞腿 (雞肶)
叉燒醬1-2湯匙
老抽半湯匙
Ingredients:-
3 Chicken Legs 
1 -2 Tbsps Char Siu Sauce
½ Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

簡單做法:- 
  • 調味 : 加半湯匙老抽和 1- 2湯匙叉燒醬
    
  • 放入雪櫃至少三小時。隔晚更好
    
  • 在炸鍋中鋪上两層鋁紙
    
  • 把雞腿放入炸鍋, 保留剩餘的調味汁
    
  • 190°C 9分鐘
    
  • 把雞腿反轉, 放入剩餘的調味汁
    
  • 再焗9分鐘
    
  • 把雞腿反轉, 180°C  5分鐘
    
  • 另一邊重複一次
    
  • 檢查雞腿完全煮熟
    
  • 可再焗1-2 分鐘至雞皮起焦
    
  • 小心把鋁纸包起,更容易清洁炸鍋 ! 
Instructions:
  • Seasoning :  Add 1 - 2 tbsp of Char Siu Sauce and ½ tbsp dark sauce
    
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Best to marinate for overnight
    
  • Put two layers of aluminium foils on the tray
    
  • Put the chicken legs inside the fryer and keep the remaining sauce
    
  • Use 190°C bake for 9 mins
    
  • Turn over the chicken legs and put the remaining sauce
    
  • Bake for another  9 mins
    
  • Turn over the chicken legs, use 180°C to bake for 5 mins
    
  • Do it again for another side
    
  • Check if the chicken legs are fully cooked
    
  • Roll up the aluminium foils carefully, making the clean up easier !
