起司肉卷飯棒 (簡單做法) How to Make Cheese Meat Roll Rice Stick (Simple Recipe)

材料:-


白飯

/牛肉片

起司碎(芝士碎)
芝蔴
Ingredients:-
Cooked Rice
Pork/ Beef Slices
Shredded Cheese
Sesame
簡單做法:
  • 白飯加入芝蔴
  • 把竹筷放在飯中間揑成飯糰
  • 要壓實點
  • 把飯糰卷上肉片
  • 加一點麵粉在肉卷上
  • 預備醬汁:
  • 一湯匙生抽(醬油)
  • 一湯匙醋
  • 一湯匙蜜糖砂糖
  • 一湯匙清酒/
  • 加點油用中火將肉卷煎至金黃和全熟
  • 轉細火加入醬汁
  • 加入起司碎(你喜愛的分量)在肉卷面
  • 上蓋煎分鐘
  • 完成!
Instructions:
 
  • Mix sesame with rice
  • Put the bamboo stick in between the rice and squeeze to form a rice ball
  • Press tightly  
  • Wrap the rice ball with the meat
  • Add some flour on the meat roll
  • Prepare the sauce:
  •     1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  •     1 Tbsp Vinegar
  •     1 Tbsp Honey or Sugar
  •     1 Tbsp Sake or Water
  • Add some oil on the pan
  • Use medium heat to fry the meat rolls till turn golden brown
  • Turn to low heat and add the saurce
  • Put the shredded cheese (as much as you like)
  • Cover the pan and cook for 1 min
  • It's Done !
