酥炸排骨- 空氣炸鍋 How to Make Fry Pork Ribs - Air Fryer

沒有炸鍋也可用焗爐或用傳統油炸 If you do not have airfryer, you can use the oven or use oil to deep fry instead



材料:-

600g 猪小排
80g 蕃薯粉(地瓜粉)
一隻

Ingredients :-

600g Pork Ribs
80g Potato Starch
1 egg

調味料:

湯匙糖
两湯匙生抽
两湯匙蠔油
一茶匙花雕酒
一茶匙胡椒粉
一茶匙肉桂粉
80ml

Seasoning:-

1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 Tsp Cooking Hua Tiao Chiew

做法:
  • 把調味料倒入肉中攪拌或搖匀
  • 放在冰箱至少三小時,隔一晚更好
  • 把一隻蛋打散
  • 把肉放入
  • 攪拌均勻 (可以用手攪拌 !)
  • 在炸鍋上噴點食用油
  • 把肉放入炸鍋中
  • 噴點食用油在肉面上
  • 用180°C 10分鐘
  • 把肉反轉, 噴點食用油在肉面上
  • 10分鐘
  • 5 - 8分鐘至全熟及酥脆
  • 中間把肉翻動两至三次
  • 完成


Instructions:
  • Pour the seasoning into the meat and mix well
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Best to marinate for overnight
  • Beat one egg
  • Add meat
  • Add potato starch 
  • Mix Well (You can use hand instead!)
  • Spray some cooking oil on the tray
  • Put the meat inside the fryer
  • Spray some cooking oil on top of the meat
  • Use 180°C bake for 10 mins
  • Turn over the meat and spray some cooking oil on top
  • Bake for 10 mins
  • Bake for another 5 - 8 mins till meat are fully cooked and turn crispy
  • During the time, flip the meat for 2 to 3 times
  • It's Done!
