小熊餅乾 (小熊曲奇)- 試用[大創] 煮食小工具 Bear Cookies - Tried The [DIASO] Cooking Gadget

Cookie Cutter - Two different designs with matching stamps


每次在[大創]購物,看到林林總總的煮食小工具,多數只看看不會買。今次决定買來試用,原来也挺有趣的,所以和大家分享一下試用的效果!

Every time when I shop in [DIASO], I find that some cooking gadgets are very interesting. I decide to buy and try them out. Let me share with you the result of trialing.



材料:
60g 無鹽牛油
45g細砂糖
25g
145g低筋面粉
1/4 茶匙香草香精

Ingredients:
60g Unsalted Butter
45g Castor Sugar
25g Egg
145g Cake Flour
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract

做法:
  • (室温)糖和香草香
  • *牛油要放至室温才比較容易攪拌
  • 加入蛋攪拌
  • 把粉篩入蛋糊攪拌至成粉團
  • 用手粉團揉至圓
  • 好放在冰箱 30
  • 先把粉團壓一下
  • 把粉團揉平至厚度大約0.5厘米
  • 預熱焗爐180°C
  • 用模具切出小熊形狀
  • 再印上小熊面貌
  • 180°C 11 to 12 分鐘
  • 也可以印在麵包上
  • 好可愛!
Instructions:
  • Add sugar and vanilla extract to the butter (at room temperature)
  • *Leave the butter to room temperature is easier to be stirred
  • Add egg and mix well
  • Sift flour into the mixture and mix till a dough is formed
  • Use hands to knead the dough till it is round and smooth
  • Wrap and put in the fridge for 30 mins
  • Press to flatten the dough
  • Roll the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Use the cutter to cut out the dough into bear shapes
  • Then stamp the faces
  • Bake at 180°C for 11 to 12 mins
  • Also can be used on the bread
  • So cute !
