迷你版 - 免焗奧利奧乳酪蛋糕 (免焗,免機打) Mini No Bake Oreo Cheese Cake

餅底材料:
8片奧利奧餅乾
25g無鹽牛油
乳酪糊材料:
90g 奶油乳酪
130g 鮮奶油 (攪用忌廉)(淡奶油)
15g 細砂糖或糖粉
2g 吉士丁粉
4片奧利奧餅乾
Cake Base Ingredients :
8 pcs Oreo Cookies
25g Unsalted Butter
Cake Ingredients:
90g Cream Cheese
130g Whipping Cream
15g Fine Sugar
2g Gelatine Powder
4 pcs Oreo Cookies
餅底做法:
1. 用4寸迷你蛋糕模
2. 放烤盤紙入蛋糕模
3. 放餅乾入塑料袋敲成細碎
4. 加入溶好的牛油攪拌均勻
5. 餅碎倒入模型壓實(8片分量)
6. 放入冰箱
乳酪糊做法:
7. 鮮奶油可用手打大約4分鐘至有凝固感
8. 吉士丁粉加一湯匙熱水拌匀至溶解
9. 奶油乳酪加糖攪拌均匀至軟身
10. 加吉士丁粉入奶酪拌匀至溶解

加入鮮奶油 (攪用忌廉)(淡奶油)
12. 再加入餅乾碎
13. 奶糊倒入蛋糕模
14. 冷藏至少4小時即可
15. 脫模
16. 加點装飾
Instructions:
Cake Base:
1. Use the 4 inches mini cake tin
2. Put in baking paper
3. Hit the cookies until they turn into fine crumbs
4. Crumb the cookies
5. Add the melted butter
6. Pour the cookie crumbs into the cake tin and press (8 pcs of cookies)
7. Place into the fridge to set
8. Hand beater to whip the cream for about 4 mins till soft peaks
Cream Cheese:
9.. Add 1 tbsp boiling water into gelatine powder and stir to dissolve
10. Beat cream cheese with sugar until softened and smooth.
11. Add the gelatine to the cream cheese and mix together
12. Add the cream
13. Add crushed Oreos
14. Pour the cheesecake filling into the cake tin
15. Place into the fridge for at least 4 more hours
16. Take out from the cake tin
17. Add a little decoration
