餅乾模具- 兩種不同設計配上小熊印章
每次在[大創]購物,看到林林總總的煮食小工具,多數只看看不會買。今次决定買來試用,原来也挺有趣的,所以和大家分享一下試用的效果!
材料:
60g 無鹽牛油
45g細砂糖
25g 蛋
145g低筋面粉
1/4 茶匙香草香精
Ingredients:
60g Unsalted Butter
45g Castor Sugar
25g Egg
145g Cake Flour
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
做法:
- 牛油(室温)加入糖和香草香精
- *牛油要放至室温才比較容易攪拌
- 加入蛋攪拌
- 把粉篩入蛋糊攪拌至成粉團
- 用手把粉團揉至圓滑
- 包好放在冰箱 30分鐘
- 先把粉團壓一下
- 把粉團揉平至厚度大約0.5厘米
- 預熱焗爐180°C
- 用模具切出小熊形狀
- 再印上小熊面貌
- 用180°C 焗 11 to 12 分鐘
- 也可以印在麵包上
- 好可愛!
Instructions:
- Add sugar and vanilla extract to the butter (at room temperature)
- *Leave the butter to room temperature is easier to be stirred
- Add egg and mix well
- Sift flour into the mixture and mix till a dough is formed
- Use hands to knead the dough till it is round and smooth
- Wrap and put in the fridge for 30 mins
- Press to flatten the dough
- Roll the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Use the cutter to cut out the dough into bear shapes
- Then stamp the faces
- Bake at 180°C for 11 to 12 mins
- Also can be used on the bread
