Cookie Cutter - Two different designs with matching stamps
每次在[大創]購物,看到林林總總的煮食小工具,多數只看看不會買。今次决定買來試用,原来也挺有趣的,所以和大家分享一下試用的效果!
Every time when I shop in [DIASO], I find that some
cooking gadgets are very interesting. I decide to buy and try them out. Let me
share with you the result of trialing.
材料:
60g 無鹽牛油
45g細砂糖
25g 蛋
145g低筋面粉
1/4 茶匙香草香精
Ingredients:
60g Unsalted Butter
45g Castor Sugar
25g Egg
145g Cake Flour
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
做法:
牛油(室温)加入糖和香草香精
*牛油要放至室温才比較容易攪拌
加入蛋攪拌
把粉篩入蛋糊攪拌至成粉團
用手把粉團揉至圓滑
包好放在冰箱 30分鐘
先把粉團壓一下
把粉團揉平至厚度大約0.5厘米
預熱焗爐180°C
用模具切出小熊形狀
再印上小熊面貌
用180°C 焗 11 to 12 分鐘
也可以印在麵包上
好可愛!
Instructions:
Add sugar and vanilla extract to the butter (at room temperature)
*Leave the butter to room temperature is easier to be stirred
Add egg and mix well
Sift flour into the mixture and mix till a dough is formed
Use hands to knead the dough till it is round and smooth
Wrap and put in the fridge for 30 mins
Press to flatten the dough
Roll the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Use the cutter to cut out the dough into bear shapes
Then stamp the faces
Bake at 180°C for 11 to 12 mins
Also can be used on the bread
