每次在[大創]購物,看到林林總總的煮食小工具,多數只看看不會買。今次决定買來試用,原来也挺有趣的,所以和大家分享一下試用的效果!

Every time when I shop in [DIASO], I find that some cooking gadgets are very interesting. I decide to buy and try them out. Let me share with you the result of trialing.

每次在[大創]購物,看到林林總總的煮食小工具,多數只看看不會買。今次决定買來試用,原来也挺有趣的,所以和大家分享一下試用的效果!

Every time when I shop in [DIASO], I find that some cooking gadgets are very interesting. I decide to buy and try them out. Let me share with you the result of trialing.



材料:
60g 無鹽牛油
45g細砂糖
25g
145g低筋面粉
1/4 茶匙香草香精

Ingredients:
60g Unsalted Butter
45g Castor Sugar
25g Egg
145g Cake Flour
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract

做法:
  • (室温)糖和香草香
  • *牛油要放至室温才比較容易攪拌
  • 加入蛋攪拌
  • 把粉篩入蛋糊攪拌至成粉團
  • 用手粉團揉至圓
  • 好放在冰箱 30
  • 先把粉團壓一下
  • 把粉團揉平至厚度大約0.5厘米
  • 預熱焗爐180°C
  • 用模具切出小熊形狀
  • 再印上小熊面貌
  • 180°C 11 to 12 分鐘
  • 也可以印在麵包上
  • 好可愛!
Instructions:
  • Add sugar and vanilla extract to the butter (at room temperature)
  • *Leave the butter to room temperature is easier to be stirred
  • Add egg and mix well
  • Sift flour into the mixture and mix till a dough is formed
  • Use hands to knead the dough till it is round and smooth
  • Wrap and put in the fridge for 30 mins
  • Press to flatten the dough
  • Roll the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Use the cutter to cut out the dough into bear shapes
  • Then stamp the faces
  • Bake at 180°C for 11 to 12 mins
  • Also can be used on the bread
  • So cute !

材料:

蛋黃三隻
100g細砂糖
125g 中筋面粉
125g 無鹽牛油
3g 泡打粉(發粉, 發酵粉)
½ 茶匙香草香精
鹽小許
 

 


 
 


Ingredients:-
3 Eggs
100g Castor Sugar
125g Plain Flour
125g Butter
3g Baking Powder
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt







做法:

1.  用迷你紙蛋糕盤
     可在[大創]買到
 
 
 

 








2.  牛油加入糖,香草香精和鹽
*牛油要放至室温才比較容易攪拌








3.  攪拌牛油至軟身和顏色變淺
     *糖會沒有完全溶解
 

 






4.  慢慢加入蛋攪拌
    *蛋加到最後會比較困難混合, 加入粉後就能完全混合

 





5.  把粉和泡打粉篩入蛋糊攪拌匀        
                                     









6.  預熱焗爐180°C
7.  把蛋糊放入紙蛋糕盤








8.  可以加巧克力粒或葡萄乾







9.  用180°C 22 to 25 分鐘
 



10. 可以用禮物包裝袋包蛋糕








11.  貼上心意小貼紙

完成!



Instructions:

    • Use the mini paper cake trays
    • Can be bought from [DAISO]
    • *Leave the butter to room temperature is easier to be stirred
    • Add sugar, vanilla extract and salt to the butter
    • Mix till the butter is creamy and turn to lighter colour
    • *The sugar is not completely dissolved
    • Add in eggs slowly and stir
    • *It becomes difficult to mix when more eggs added. It can be mixed well after adding the flour
    • Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix well
    • Preheat the oven to 180°C
    • Put the mixture into the paper cake trays
    • You can add chocolate chips or raisins
    • Bake at 180°C for 22 to 25 mins
    • You can use present bags to wrap the mini cakes
    • And paste the message sticker
    • It's Done!
