材料:-
150g低筋麵粉
60g 無鹽牛油
100ml牛奶
4g泡打粉(發粉)
20g糖
2g鹽
Ingredients:-
150g Cake Flour
60g Unsalted Butter
100ml Milk
4g Baking Powder
20g Sugar
2g Salt
簡單做法:
2. 麵粉加泡打粉過篩
3. 加入糖和鹽拌匀
4. 加入牛油粒
6. 直至牛油全部壓至細碎與麵粉混合
7. 預熱焗爐200°C
8. 加入牛奶
9. 輕輕拌匀
10. 把粉糊做成球状
11. 放在烤盆上
12. 焗20 - 25 分鐘即可
13. 加上果醬或蜜糖
Methods:
- Cut the butter into small pieces an keep in the fridge for later use
- Sift the flour and baking powder
- Add sugar and salt
- Add the cold butter
- Cram and mix the butter with the flour
- Until the butter is all blended with the flour
- Add the milk
- Mix and stir lightly
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Scoop the mixture to round shape
- Put on the baking pan
- Bake for 20- 25 mins at 200°C
- Serve with fruit jam or honey
