用電飯鍋做鳯梨黄薑飯 - 簡單做法 How To Use The Rice Cooker To Cook Pineapple Turmeric Rice - Easy Recipe

這個食譜是我的新加坡朋友教我做的,如果你怕黃薑味太重或顏色太深,可以減少黃薑粉的份量。以後家裡有聚會,可以做這個飯呀,鳯梨酸酸甜甜的好開胃, 沒有炒飯這樣油腻, 好看又健康!

This recipe was taught by my friend from Singapore. If you do not like the strong taste of turmeric or the colour is too yellowish, you can reduce the amount of the turmeric powder. This dish is very suitable for house gathering or other occasions.  The sweet and sour taste of the pineapple is able to arouse the appetite . It is not as oily as fried rice

材枓 (二到三人份) :-

两杯白米
三至四片新鮮鳯梨(菠蘿)
黄薑粉湯匙
葡萄乾 (提子乾) 两湯匙
肉鬆
蒜頭

Ingredients (2 – 3 Serves) :-

2 Cups White Rice
3 - 4 Slices Fresh Pineapple
1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Raisins
Meat Floss
Garlic and is healthier!

做法:

1.  两粒蒜頭切碎
2.  片鳯梨片切成細碎
3.  其餘的鳯梨片切成小粒



4.  用清水清洗白米
5.  滴乾水份



6.  加點油用中火把蒜頭炒香
7.  加入鳯梨碎炒




8.  再加入白米和黄薑粉
9.  加少許鹽炒至均匀


10.  加入鳯梨粒和葡萄乾



11.  倒入電飯鍋



12.  加入如平常煮飯水的份量



13.  或两湯匙生抽(醬油)
14.  按煮飯摸式



15.  可加肉鬆和腰果
16.  完成了 !




黄薑飯也是非常適合聚會的食物




不要擔心鏟子會染黃,清洗幾次後便會洗掉

Instructions:-

1.  Two cloves of garlic to be diced
2.  1 slice of pineapple to be finely chopped
3.  Cut the other pineapple slices into small chunks
4.  Rinse the white rice
5.  Drain the water
6.  Add some oil and use medium heat to fry the garlic
7.  And fry the crushed pineapple
8.  Add the white rice and fry with the turmeric powder
9.  Add some salt and fry till evenly mixed
10.  Add the pineapples and raisins
11.  Pour into the rice cooker
12.  Add the amount of water as usual for cooking of the rice
13.  Add 1 or 2 tbsp soy sauce
14.  Press the rice cooking mode
15.  Can be served with meat floss and cashews nuts
16.  It's Done !

Also the turmeric rice is very suitable for gathering or occasion 
Don't worry about the spatula will turn yellowish, it can be washed away after a few washes
