材料:
雞蛋兩隻
100g 無鹽牛油(奶油)(黄油)
170g 低筋面粉
100g 細砂糖
100ml 牛奶
8g 抹茶粉
7g 泡打粉(發粉)
鹽小許
60g 巧克力粒
Ingredients:-

100g 無鹽牛油(奶油)(黄油)
170g 低筋面粉
100g 細砂糖
100ml 牛奶
8g 抹茶粉
7g 泡打粉(發粉)
鹽小許
60g 巧克力粒
Ingredients:-
2 Eggs
100g Unsalted Butter
170g Cake Flour
100g Caster Sugar
100ml Milk
8g Matcha Powder
7g Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
60g Chocolate Chips
做法:
1. 準備蛋糕模和紙蛋糕杯
*牛油要放至室温才比較容易攪拌
Methods:
1. Prepare the muffin tin and paper cups
2. Whisk the butter (room temperature)
3. Mix till the butter is light and fluffy
4. Add eggs by one each and mix well
5. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and matcha powder into the mixture and mix well
6. Add milk and mix well
7. Add the chocolate chips and mix
8. Preheat the oven to 180°C
9. Scoop the mixture into the paper cups
10. Top with some chocolate chips
11. Bake at 180°C for 20 - 23 mins
*Baking time and degree may vary from the brand and type of your oven
It's Done !!
