柚子茶磅蛋糕 -簡單免機打做法How to Make Korean Yuzu Tea Pound Cake (No Mixer)
 
 


簡單的磅蛋糕加了韓式的抽子茶,清清甜甜的又是另一種風味!
The simple pound cake recipe adds with the Korean yuzu tea brings a special fresh taste to the pound cake!

材料:

 

 
蛋三隻80g細砂糖 3湯匙韓式柚子茶蜜40ml 熱水



150g 筋面粉
150g 無鹽牛油 (黃油)
 一茶匙泡打粉(發粉, 發酵粉)
½ 茶匙香草精
鹽小許
 
Ingredients:- 
3 Eggs
80g Castor Sugar
3 Tbsp Korean Yuzu Tea Syrup
40ml Hot Water
150g Plain Flour
150g Unsalted Butter
1 Tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt
 
 
做法:
  

蛋糕模尺寸 : 9cm x 18cm x 7cm
1.  韓式的抽子茶蜜, 有很多不同的牌子

 
2.  柚子茶蜜加入40毫升熱水拌勻 


3.  牛油(室温)加入糖, 鹽和香草精 
   *牛油要放至室温才比較容易攪拌 


4.  攪拌牛油至軟身和顏色變淺 
   *糖會沒有完全溶解


5.  慢慢加入蛋液攪拌 
     *蛋加到最後會比較困難混合, 加入粉後就能完全混合


6.  把粉和泡打粉篩入蛋糊攪拌均匀 



7.  加入柚子茶蜜攪拌均匀 



8.  預熱焗爐180°C 
9.  蛋糕模放上烘焙紙



 
10.  刮刀濕點水在蛋糊上輕輕劃一刀


11.  可以令蛋糕裂囗比較均匀
12. 用180°C 35 - 40分鐘
     *烘焙的時間和度數視乎不同牌子和類型的烤爐

 
13.  放涼後用保鮮膜包好
14.  放入冰箱裡更美味








  
Methods:-
 


Size of the cake tin : 9cm x 18cm x 7cm

1.  Korean style yuzu tea syrup, there are many different brands

2.  Yuzu tea syrup mix with 40ml hot water

3.  Add sugar, salt and vanilla extract to the butter (room temperature)

   *Leave the butter to room temperature is easier to be stirred
4.  Mix till the butter is light and fluffy

5.  Add in eggs slowly and mix well
    *The sugar is not completely dissolved
6.  Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix well
7.  Add the yuzu tea syrup and mix well   
8.  Preheat the oven to 180°C
9.  Line the cake tin with baking paper 
10.  Pour the batter into the cake tin
11.  Wet the spatula and slice lightly on the batter
12.  Bake at 180°C for 35 - 40 mins
     *Baking time and degree may vary from the brand and type of your oven
13.  It can make the crack looks even
14.  Let cool and wrap with plastic wrap
15.  More tasty if keep it in the fridge
