Take out the dough and divide it into 2 equal pieces 16. Press out the air and shape the dough to a round ball 17. Rest for 15 mins 18. Grease the bread tin with butter 19. Punch out the air 20. Roll to flatten the dough 21. Spread the raisins on the dough evenly 22. Slowly roll up the dough 23. Place in the bread tin with seam side down 24. Second proofing for 45 mins 25. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C 26. Bake at 180°C for 22 - 25 mins **Baking time and degree may vary from the brand and type of your oven 27. Freshly baked!
