紅豆椰汁果凍 How to Make Red Bean Coconut Jelly

天氣實在太熱太熱了,快來個清涼爽口的甜品消消暑吧!
It’s really a hot day! Come and enjoy a cool and refreshing dessert!
層材料:-

100g 椰漿
200g 椰子水(椰汁)
1 ½茶匙菜燕粉 (寒天粉)
15g
50g 紅豆蓉 (也可用罐裝紅豆蓉)

第二層材料:-

300g 椰子水(椰汁)
1 ½ 茶匙菜燕粉 (寒天粉)
10g

第三層材料:-

100g 椰漿
200g 椰子水(椰汁)
茶匙菜燕粉 (寒天粉)
15g


1st Layer Ingredients:-

100g Coconut Milk
200g Coconut Water
1½ Tsp Agar Agar Powder
15g Sugar
50g Red Bean Paste (Or Can Red Bean Paste)

2nd Layer Ingredients:-

300g Coconut Water
1 ½ Tsp Agar Agar Powder
10g Sugar

3rd Layer Ingredients:-

100g Coconut Milk
200g Coconut Water
1½ Tsp Agar Agar Powder
15g Sugar

**如用不同牌子的菜燕粉要查看標籤説明水和糖的份量
please take note on the description of the amount of water and sugar if you use different brand of agar agar powder

**椰子水要用透明的
Use the transparent coconut water


層做法:
1.  椰子水和菜燕粉放入小鍋中
2.  用中火邊攪拌至把菜燕粉煮熔



3.  加入椰漿和糖煮滾
     *可先加小量糖,試甜度後再加至適合的份量



4.  加紅豆蓉入果凍液



5.  預備容器 (我用了玻璃盤)
6.  把果凍液倒入盤中



7.  放入冰箱約5 - 8 分鐘至果凍表面已凝固便可

第二層做法:- 

8.  和第層相同, 只用椰子水和菜燕粉




第三層做法:-

9.  和第一層做法一樣, 加紅豆蓉



10.  盡量把氣泡弄走



11.  試一試果凍表面已凝固
12.  把煮好的果凍液慢慢倒入盤中以減少氣泡



13.  放入冰箱至少两小時





14.  將果凍切成你喜歡的形狀





完成了!!



 
Instructions :- 

1st Layer  
1.  Put the coconut water and agar agar powder into a small pot
2.  While stirring, use medium heat to boil the agar agar powder till it is completely dissolved
3.  Add and boil the coconut milk and sugar
    *Add a small amount of sugar to try the sweetness before adding the amount that you preferred
4.  Add the red bean paste into the jelly mixture
5.  Prepare the container (I use a glass container) 
6.  Pour the jelly mixture into the container
7.  Chill for 5 - 8 mins untill the surface of the jelly is set

2nd Layer

8.  The method to do the 2nd layer is the same as the 1st layer
9.  Only use coconut water and agar agar powder

3rd Layer

10.  The method to do the 3rd layer is same as the 1st layer and no need to add the red bean paste
11.  Try to remove the air bubbles
12.  Test the surface of the jelly if it is set
13.  Pour the jelly mixture into the container slowly to avoid air bubbles
14.  Chill for at least two hours
15.  Cut the jelly in the shape you like
