韓式煎餅 - 簡單做法  Korean Pancake - Easy Recipe

材料:-

韓國煎餅麵粉
青葱
蟹柳
(隨個人喜好,可加其他海鮮)

Ingredients:-

Korean Pancake Mix
Green Onions
Imitation Crab Sticks
Prawns
Egg
(Any other seafood you like)

*韓國煎餅麵粉可在賣韓國食品的店裡容易買到




做法:-

1.  把青葱切成小段


2.  將蟹柳撕成條狀


3.  把蝦切細
4.  可加點鹽我胡椒粉調味


5.  將一杯粉加入杯水攪伴均勻
     ( 1:1 比例 )


6.  把材料加入粉漿拌匀


7.  把蛋打散


8.  加油放在煎鍋上
9.  將粉漿倒入煎鍋


**如想煎餅比較薄脆,可用一半的材料分两次煎和用多點油來煎
10.  煎到半熟,加入蛋漿


11.  在翻轉煎餅之前加一些油
12.  翻轉煎餅


13.  煎到金黄即可



Instructions:

1. Cut the green onions
2.  Tear the crab sticks into strips
3.  Cut the prawns into smaller pieces
4.  Mix 1 cup of flour with 1 cup of water and stir well (1: 1 ratio)
5.  Mix the green onions, crab sticks and prawns to the mixture
6.  Beat the egg lightly
7.  Add some oil into the pan
8.  Pour the mixture into the pan
** For crispier pancake, you can fry half of the ingredients first and add more oil to fry
9.  Add the egg on the top
10.  Add some oil before you turn over the pancake
11.  Turn over and fry the other side of the pancake
