炒即食麵(公仔麵) How to Make Fry Instant Noodles

數我家喜愛的食物,即食麵(公仔麵)一定在內。尤其是炒 "出前一丁"麵,大人小朋友也無法抗拒




材料:
即食麵三包
雞腿肉小片
半罐午餐肉
青葱
三隻蛋

Ingredients:-
3 Packets Instant Noodles
1 Small Piece of Chicken Thigh
½ Can Luncheon Meat
Green Onion
3 eggs

做法:
- 將雞腿切粒
- 加入調味料攪拌均匀
  調味料
  半湯匙糖
  半湯匙生抽
  半湯匙生粉
- 將午餐肉切條
- 用滾水煮大約五分鐘至麵七成熟
- 撈起,用清水過冷河
- 把麵滴乾
- 準備調味料:
  一包即食麵調味粉和麻油
  一湯匙老抽

  二至到三湯匙生抽
  半湯匙糖
- 將蛋微微打散
- 落小許油用大中火煎蛋
- 半熟後把蛋切細
- 落小許油用中火煎雞粒至起焦
- 加入午餐肉一起煎至雞肉全熟
- 落小許油用大中火炒麵
- 把麵放入鍋中,用筷子把麵鬆開
- 加入調味料炒均匀
- 加入肉及蛋炒
- 再加青葱炒至干身即可

Instructions:
- Cut the chicken thigh into small cubes
- Add the seasoning and stir well:
  ½ tbsp sugar
  ½ Tbsp corn flour
  ½ Tbsp soy sauce
- Cut the luncheon meat into strips
- Boil the noodles for 4 -5 mins till 70% cooked
- Rinse the noodles
- Drain the water
- Prepare the sauce:
  1 packet of seasoning powder
  1 packet of sesame oil
  1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  2-3 tbsps soy sauce
  ½ tbsp sugar
- Stir well
- Beat the eggs lightly
- Add some oil, use med-high heat to fry the eggs
- Add some oil, use medium heat t fry the chicken cubes
- Turn only when the chicken cubes are golden brown and crispy
- Add the luncheon meat and fry till fully cooked
- Add some oil, use med-high heat to fry the noodles
- Add the noodles into the pan
- Add the sauce and mix evenly
- Add the meat and eggs
- Add the green onion and fry till the noodles are dry
